Welcome to the Afterschool Care at Aerial Joy!
We serve students attending Indian Land Elementary School, Indian Land Intermediate School, and Indian Land Middle School.
Our Afterschool program is an exciting and dynamic place where kids unleash their imaginations and embark on a thrilling journey of learning, exploration, and fun! Our program fosters creativity, social development, and a love for learning.
Activities:
- Arts and Crafts Extravaganza/ Unleash your inner Picasso! Kids get to express their creativity through various arts and crafts projects. Every day, from painting and card making to making DIY crafts, brings a new opportunity to create something extraordinary.
- Aerial Classes/ Let’s soar to the sky! Your budding aerialist will bloom as they take an aerial class with a certified instructor. Your acrobat will fly high in one of our aerial classes.
- Acrobatics Classes/ Step up and prepare to defy gravity with our acrobatics class! Our instructors will lead you through a symphony of spins, leaps, flips, and balances.
- Studio Play/Let’s Play! We encourage physical activity and teamwork through games and activities in the studio. Our games often incorporate aerial, juggling, agility training, and balance. Our program keeps kids active and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
- Table Games/ Roll the dice, relax, and unwind! Board games are a fantastic stress reliever, allowing our afterschool acrobats to escape the day’s worries and focus on the fun. This is a great way to build relationships in a low-intensity activity.

Tuition and Registration Fee
- It’s important to note that the After School at Aerial Joy has an annual $100 registration fee that is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our program.
- Each participant must be an Aerial Joy member, meaning they take at least one lesson per week (Aerial Monthly Tuition or Acrobatics Monthly Tuition). The cost is currently $109.
- In addition to the above, afterschool care costs $299 monthly for Elementary students and $175 for Intermediate and Middle Schoolers. Our afterschool program includes homework help, crafts, a daily snack, and games.
- We do not prorate, refund, or transfer funds for days children do not attend afterschool care, regardless of the reason (inclement weather, sickness, etc.).
- Afterschool Tuition is charged to the account on file on the 1st of each month in 10 equal payments. The first payment is charged on August 1st, and the last payment is drafted on May 1st.
Who We Serve
We serve students attending Indian Land Elementary, Indian Land Intermediate, and Indian Land Middle School, K-8th graders.
- The afterschool instructor will meet the students at the bus stop in the parking lot in front of Aerial Joy’s front door and walk them to the studio.
- Afterschool care is from when the bus drops off at the studio until 6:00 p.m. Late pick-up is available for an additional fee.
- Aerial Joy will offer childcare on most teacher workdays, holidays, and days out of school for an additional member rate. To sign up for these special events, please keep an eye on your emails and our social media channels for announcements and instructions.

Half Day Dismissal
We will be ready to receive your child when they arrive on the bus for all Half Days.

Dates will be updated as Lancaster County Schools makes changes to their calendar.
Teacher Workdays and Holidays
We offer half-day child care most days when kids are out of school. Check our website, social media, and weekly emails to sign up for these events. There is an additional cost for the School’s Out Day Camps.
