Darby Florian
Darby Florian is a passionate aerialist with over ten years of experience. She started with gymnastics in first grade and cheered through college 🎉.
With a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, 10 years of gymnastics coaching and 13 years of teaching, Darby excels at instructing all ages.
Darby founded Aerial Joy to build an aerial community in Fort Mill.
I created Aerial Joy to be the studio I wish I’d had growing up—a place where passion, growth, and community come together.

Jadia Rorie
Jadia is one of our region’s most knowledgeable and talented Aerial Sling dance instructors. Her passion for creative arts began at 7 when she started competitive dancing and gymnastics. Jadia brings a lifetime of experience and dedication to every class. She leads our advanced aerial classes and heads our competitive program, inspiring students to reach new heights technically and artistically. .

Meghan Strand
Meghan is a student at Winthrop University, planning to go to graduate school to be a chiropractor 💆‍♀️. She’s been a gymnast for 15 years and has been involved in aerial for 4 years. She loves spending time with her friends, family, and her dog Calypso. She also loves to travel and just completed studying abroad in the UK.Â

Casey Jackson
Casey Jackson is a Sling 1 certified Aerial instructor who brings fun and silliness to her classes! She has a 10+ year ballet đź©° and dance background and has always enjoyed watching Cirque du Soleil aerial performances.Â
